Harry's win rate has always been less than 40% unless he is at a club where he has had millions to spend, like Pompey or Spurs. There is a reason they call him Checquebook Harry - and then he has the hypocrisy to come and complain about how some of our players are on huge salaries.
I'll take Martin O'Neill any day of the week over Harry.

And yourwin ratio comparison for MON obviously wont include Celtic who play in a 2 team league, or Villa where he also spent ridiculous millions on players. At the end of the day i think they are both mid level managers who have the ability to have an impact on players. Oneill had a shocker at Sunderland after a good start, but Harry's also had a shocker at Spurs last year from Jan. Much of a muchness imo.
