Your feeking mad! What you think that performance was down to FLAVIO? Those players out their last night didn't give a F*ck. What should happen is FLAVIO should refuse to pay them. Hit them were it hurts. Donate their weeks salarys to paying all the supporters back who coughed up for that sh*t last night and then give the rest to charity. If you put in a performance on par to that last night in your job, you would have a job I'm sure!

FB's the one who keeps chopping and changing the manager, reputedly interferring with team selection (certainly earlier in his reign if not now),employing yet another tinkering manager, and who knows, perhaps, like you said, the players don't want to be there which is not altogether surprising given FB's abrasive and egotistical ways. His appearance and mannerisms are enough to frighten people away.As for some posters blaming the pessimists among us for ruining the club.Bull***t,its entirely down to the board if not Briatore.I bet there's as many pessimists out there as there are optimists given the present situation. It doesn't mean they care less,it just means they don't constantly view our predicament through rose coloured glasses.

He was as frustrated as us fans were last night-I saw him at close hand-every time a lazy, careless pass went astray he was so obviously annoyed with it.And he is paying the players their wages.
I agree that he is probably an egotist,a snob, arrogant, all the rest of it-but he is all we have got at the moment-the players are very well paid-it's time they earned it.

Blame the players in my view. I know they are easy scapegoats, but you only have to see some of them play lately. Its become far too comfortable for them.

Nowadays we pride ourselves on having a bit of passion for the club, our players and players for other teams, couldn't care less. Its a job to them. Thats all it is.

Do you think the players would be allowed to get away with this if we had a "proper" manager in charge?

Do you think they'd take the pee like they do if we had someone they could respect leading them? That same person would know who their best 11 is, know what formation to play, and wouldnt fark around with selection for every game.

And as for the fool who said we'd be bust without the board.....wake up and smell the coffee son. Thats the popular myth, but it aint the truth.

Captain, I don't disagree with much of that.

This is where the idea of changing managers is not a good idea. (you would say we should not have got rid of Sousa, but the same could be said of Dowie) We could argue all day about the rights and wrongs of who should be manager, but now maybe the players feel more powerful than the manager. It might take a good rollocking from the new boss, who knows? Just my personal opinion, but its the comfortabilty factor for me, end of the day they have seen managers come and go, and they are all still here. They may have an idea that it doesn't matter if they perform or not, as it won't be them that goes, it will be the manager.

Must be difficult for Magilton, because he will have players giving him respect and others that won't, its very difficult to weed them out, as most of it will be done behind your back. He has to find out, as at the moment we are not playing like a team. From (in my opinion) a good start against Blackpool, its gone completely downhill.

The problem that I have is that Jim M does NOT know his best 11.
He hasn't a clue who his best players are.
To not realise that Matt Connelly should be starting every week with Gorkks is beyond me. He play 2 target men upfront. Ok fine it doesn't look like he has been backed by the board but why go out and bring in a centre midfielder. I think Fraulin will be a good signing but for me we are crying out for a centre forward with pace. I have to blame Jim for not doing something about this as he must of realised once Blackstock was sold that we HAD to fill that hole. I don't rate Blackstock but I agree he was the best of a bad bunch. Where is the news regarding Simpson? Surely arsenal won't sell him. I am sure a loan shouldn't take this bloody long to go through. I refuse to go and watch them until they bring in at least 1 centre forward as I have seen milk turn quicker than our forward line.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

They do dexter, it is just the board won't release the funds to buy these players.

I for one am really glad that FB is running (or ruining) our club because he has saved me over£500 per year.I now spend that on away games,as I don't intend to put any money in his pocket. As for him saving the club take a look at the balance sheet, the 10 mill debt is now 20mill.
