Everyone goes on about Hooper, but he is another player that isn't proven in the Prem.
Ok he scores loads for Celtic but that league is on a par with probably the bottom teams of Championship and Top teams of League 1.

If Cisse or DJ was playing for Celtic they would score just as many.
