stable 11 to play week in week out would do the trick....swapping and changing helps nobody but the opposition.

Someone who can score goals, a quality left back and players to fight for their place and be proud to pull on the shirt.

completelt agree jm needs to decide who his best 11 is and stick with it regardless of the opposition.

Well we are in this together so no good going on about if's and but's....

I think the first thing, is that they need to restore and give confidence back to the players, rather than shouting at them, encourage them and make them believe in themselfs... that would be a start.
second, play your strongest 11 and stick with them for a few games....
thirdly, play the players in their best position for full effectiveness...
fourthly, use the squad to its strengths...

In the long term, maybe a player that can't take a rollocking when he's had a stinker is better off out of the door?
Or half a dozen of them.
Especially if they show a lack of effort and a s**t attitude.
Maybe Magilton's been seeing signs of this in training, and tonight it came to the surface and he exploded. Who knows?

Maybe a huge clear out wouldn't be such a bad thing.

Not sure we work hard enough at times, maybe a lack of team ethic. Does not matter how good our players are but if they dont work hard when they dont have the ball then their talent is useless.

                            A pay cut!

I have not played football for years but i can still pass the ball ten feet, and i was rubbish.
