Id say get him! He is a quality player, and im very suprised wigan dont want him, trouble is i would assume the likes os wba, and m'boro would again be interested.

I guess location could help us.

Mahon, alberti, and leigertwood could leave imo.

loans are better that high paid players you cannot get rid of.

Ben Watson is a must! He is the leader we dont have at the moment and can score goals which will compensate for the job that the strikers find it so efing hard to do.

            why offload hogan?

he's good enough as he showed last season and hes young.

i thought we wernt a selling club now...

yes, I would sign him on loan. He is suited to this league and knows how to defend create and score goals.

I also don't mind if Simpson signs on loan too.

Something needs to be done, because the 'easy' fixtures are almost done now. QPR will soon be up against Newcastle, Middlesboro, Cardiff, West Brom & Sheff Utd.

I must admit im a big fan of Hogan, problem is we have so many wingers he's down the pecking order, so id be happy to loan him, and get him back in a few months, same go's for vine, and imo mahon and alberti can just leave.

                  Get Watson in QPR!!

                    Watson in.

Alberti out. Shame as he's never really been given a chance here.

Legs out. Think Watson would be better in his position.

Would keep Mahon as back up to Watson. But if an offer came in would move him on as feel he would do a very good job for someone.

Think we should keep Ainsworth for this season - unless he gets a good offer elsewhere as a regular player/coaching position.

                    IMO.

I would get rid of Legs and keep Hogan

watson is exactly what we need and would indeed be a quality signing. but it aint gna happen, we'll have to rely on mahon to be our creative force

A loan with a view to permanent works ok for me - just a loan not so good. We could easily live without Alberti, Gaz is unlikely to feature this season and Ledge, whilst a good solid player has far less ability than Watson. I really don't want to loose Hogan as believe he has a big future ahead of him and am one of the minority that believes Mahon is the best leader/ball winner and defensive midfielder at the club. Rowly of course, as club captain has to stay and Faulin looks to me like he will be a real player once he beds in. Therefore, get him in and ship out Alberti & Ledge.

This is crazy talk. I'm fed up of hearing about midfielders. Spend time looking for decent strikers. That is what we need. As good as Watson is we don't need him. A good striker will have a bigger impact on the team now.

Pete. Once again your comment implies that you don't really know what you're saying, so you say everything in the hope you say something right. You now say "this mid-table medoicrity shows we are not good enough" Whereas last season you were saying that our players were good enough to be top 6 team and you put the blame at Sousa's door for us not being top 6. You now want to get rid of 3 players permanently one of which is a very good player, to bring in a player on loan to fill a position that we don't need to fill. It's this p*ssing in the wind thinking that has us no further forward than we were last year.

I think it would be great to have him - it would give us the extra steel and solidness in the middle
