We need to ensure that we take some positives from this shower of a season so as a minimum we need to do the following:

    1) No more agent fees. If we want a player and the player uses an agent he pays for him if he don’t want to pay he don’t want to really play for us
    2) Strict wage structure, as above, if you don’t or are not prepared to fit into it cheerio
    3) Contracts built on incentives for winning i.e. rewarded for success
    4) Whatever division were in sensible deals with relegation clauses so we are not caught out in future
    5) NEVER EVER again build the whole club around one manager, as we did with Hughes, as when they go the structure goes. Things like youth set up should be inbred into the club regardless of who the manager is and separate to the first team management team.
    6) Lets get back to our traditions of unearthing gems and making them decent players instead of expensive names who flatter to deceive
    7) Lets rebuild our reputation as a decent club. Since the Faurlin scandal and how we have gone about business it has taken a bit of a battering
    8) Sensible pricing and incentives for fans £28 for FA Cup when were crap against a side that dont get the blood flowing = empty seats. A proportion of cup games should be part of the season ticket

That’s of the top of my head. Any other suggestions??

Agree with most. We need a sensible approach and do not panic sign players.

        9) Being able to fine players based on a 1-10 performance ratio.
        10) Instantly rip up contracts with players that throw a tantrum (like in the real world)
        11) Do not build a new stadium until we are strong in the PL for at least 2 years.
        12) Burn effigies of hughes at every game next season.

If/when we go down I think that alot of these players will think the Championship is below them and jump ship. Some of them look like they are already overboard scrambling for the life boats

If we go down, we will probably have to wait another 15 years to go back up again
