  • Tactically we were wrong

I mean, seriously, M'Bia and Diakite BOTH in the centre, with SWP on one wing and Mackie on the other? This must be the least creative midfield ever - how on earth did we expect to score with this team? At least with Faurlin in the team you get composure on the ball, someone who can hold onto it. That's what we needed, someone to take the sting out of them when they kept on coming at us.

And Onuoha starting ahead of Fabio? Seriously? The guy isn't even good enough as a CB, why on earth is he playing as a RB? I mean, he did ok defensively, but he offers nothing going up front.

We need ti start winning games and we need to put a more attacking line-up. We have got 6 points from 7 games now. Even if we had lost 4 and won 3, we would have had more.

Taarabt to be lone striker, he is good at shooting and some foot works, but still lack in decision making, he isnt a playmaker.

    Cisse to bench.

    Granero to be attacking midfielder.

Mackie at left wingforward, Hoilett at right wingfoward

    Faurlin CM, M'bia CM

Harry is not a God. He is a good football manager, but that doesn't mean he will always get it right.

What makes you think that a fan or journalist can never be right about something as compared to a professional footballer/manager?

Therein lies the problem with these so called experts, Bon.
Should stick to proper football games! Not FM or the like.

                    true but...

                    the world is vast

21 year-old Azerbaijan born student Vugar Huseynzade has been appointed as the manager of Azerbaijani Premier League club FK Baku's 'A' side (the reserve team). His only other experience? Achieving glory in Football Manager the game.

just joking, of course im no real manager. though I think Adel can't be a playmaker.

he is talented young footballer we have, but he cannot keep the ball well. we need a playmaker who plays simple football with simple ball touches.

Redknapp's tactics stank just as much as Mark Hughes' ever did.
                      Very angry and disappointed.

He didnt get it wrong at all
He went for a positive starting line up, that in theory could have done some damage, but in reality with so little confidence and the team carrying one or two has beens, it was the same old story.
2nd half he made a good substitution bringing on a dependable and experienced player into midfield that cut out their supply and injecteded some passion.
                        Cisse/SWP time to go
But fair play to HR for giving them a chance

Onouha was our best player today.

Diakite and M'Bia in midfield though were terrible. As you say no creative in the midfield it falls to Taarabt to magic something up. A lot of people seem to think it's the defence and attack than needs strengthening, I owuld argue our midfield are just as poor.

Blame the manager? Do grow up, I am not blaming anyone, I am just saying he got it wrong today IMHO and in the opinion of a lot of others.
