Just my opinion mate. I watch him quite a bit and i reckon he would be a hit down the rss. Also done it at the lower levels in england and has'nt looked out of place in the clge. Very hard to make the step up so every move from that level is a gamble but would rather one of those two than some player with an age old reputation in the championship if we do go down.

Austin got injured very early on after joining Burnley, but settled in quickly after his return to fitness. Agree, the likes of him should have been signed instead of Zam or AJ.

We should have signed that lad when he was playing for Wycombe.

We haven't time for a young striker to improve.
We need the finished article. A striker that will hit the ground running.
Austin would be a huge risk, at a time where we need a sure-fire certainty to start banging in the goals immediately.

QPR have edged back in front of Monaco as the 15/8 favourites to sign David Beckham. Meanwhile, Arsenal are now 4/1, while Tottenham are 28/1. !!!!

Does Austin not have a reputation for being a bit troublesome and and badly behaved
