I'd be tempted to get rid of both and start again

I was stating facts. The goals today were not Cesar's fault, and Green has played against a load of teams at the bottom of the table.
As for Cesar not catching anything, he caught as many crosses today as Green does but you're talking sh1t to defend your argument. He punched 1 in the 2nd half which was the correct decision under pressure.
As for blame, how about blaming Hill for both Suarez goals... The first was pretty pathetic, and the 2nd he left Suarez completely when he went for the return pass and instead ran back into the middle, allowing Suarez a free run into the box to cross and the tap in unchallenged when the ball came back to him.

Originally posted by Timmy the Doc View PostDel, you've been busy listing all the errors Green has made. Didn't you see when Cesar punched one just in front of him? What about the third goal? He got both hands behind the ball. That would have been an error for Green in your eyes.
And if you take my posts in context I listed Green's recent errors in reply to a post suggesting he'd made no mistakes in our unbeaten run, which is b0ll0cks. I'd say the same if people said the same about Cesar today for the fault you mentioned.
As for my posts in the last hour, I was responding to the comment our defence looks more organised with Green and simply suggested it could have something to do with the fact most his games have been against sides near the bottom who haven't cut us to shreds as Liverpool did today. Also I didn't see Cesar at fault for any goals today including the 3rd as it was an unchallenged header close in and from what I saw looked past him before getting anything on it. Will look again though as kids hindered my viewing when live.
EDIT: See the 3rd goal again and he didn't get 2 hands to it at all. He went with the left hand and it was behind him before he got anything on it at all. Hardly had a chance with that as a bullet header from 6 yards.Last edited by Del; 31-12-2012, 03:28 AM.
