to me the whole point of sport is to be as good as you can. that means the top league. love being in the prem. rather be bottom of the prem than top of the championship, as long as we stay up.

17th in the prem is 4 places higher than top of the Championship and would take it all day long.

Prefer the competitive nature of the Championship, whereas the Prem is just a struggle to avoid relegation. The problem is self perpetuating imo - those who prefer the Championship over the Prem want to play in the Championship to achieve what exactly................promotion to the Prem!!!! Its a vicious circle!!

Last 3 seasons have been difficult. I did not get the full enjoyment of our promotion winning season due to the Paladini saga and the last couple of seasons with the exception of a few matches have been disappointed. This season has been the worse as most of us knew Hughes left us short in the most important areas at the back and up front. The league has so many average teams and to see us at the bottom of the table is a low point as I cannot see us staying up and it has been liked this the whole season. I hunk Harry and Tony need to sit down and if they feel we will not stay up to make the decision to break the team up and build a team that can compete in the Championship.

Its been a real [insert appropriate cliche/platitude here] but I've not not enjoyed it so to speak. Last season provided some amazing moments, the 1-0 against Chelsea, the atmosphere was incredible. Doing the Legia Warsaw celebration after equalising against Man City in the R Block. Cisse scoring that last gasp winner against Stoke. The comeback against Liverpool. Cheering Barton when got subbed in the same game. Juan Mata refusing to take a corner between the Q and the R block. Taarabt scoring wonder goals against West Ham and Fulham this season. The fan behind me shouting "Harry Redknapps Blue and White Army! What? I'm only saying what we're all thinking" two weeks before Hughes got the bullet. Yeah its been depressing as hell coming back after watching defeat after defeat and often through abject displays, but its been an experience. Being in the Premier League is where its at and its a lot harder to stay in this league than it was in the mid 90s.
