no,they done what Brentwood did years ago with the east ham estate.Council gets a good wack in for taking hackney tennants in.Dont care what colour they are really,just seems to be they African .Strange idea really as Bas is quite racist and has BNP or did have people on the council.

typical inner city Boroughs moving there troubles into cash strapped boarder counties for a few quid...that would be a Major problem here theres only about 4 brothers in town and there all teachers at the local comp,It was bad enough for me when we first moved here as a kid having my first punch up at playtime only to be met at the school gates at home time by the lad i scrapped uncles and cousins(all strangley similarly aged)at the school gates! migration of cultures has got to be done gradually an influx like that in this corner of Essex would be so catastrophic Kate Adie would be called in to do a special...

infact now you mention it we had a bit of scaremongering in our local rag about a new estate that was being built couple of years back before the olympics, a rumour was put about that it was being filled with problem tennents from Newham and it pretty much put the kybosh on the progress of the estate its still only in phase 3 build they dropped out all the proposals for flats etc.yeah no small town wants to be used as a dumping ground especially when it would totally change its demographics within such a short space!!
