  • Bosingwa gone in January

According to HR in the papers. Quote:

QPR manager Harry Redknapp has hinted that he may offload Jose Bosingwa after fining him for refusing to be a substitute for their 2-1 win over Fulham.

The former Chelsea man was left out of the squad for the 1-0 defeat to Newcastle and it appears unlikely that he will represent the west Londoners again.

The R’s boss said: “He didn’t like being on the bench and he went home.

“He’s been fined two weeks wages, which aint too bad for two weeks.

“Have a game on Saturday and it’s okay.

“How do you handle him? We’ll find out in January.”

Quite a big difference between wanting rid of him and him going unfortunately

Nobody wants him - he'll sit back and pick up wages for another three years, thats how we do our business.

No one will want him on that salary plus his attitude will put off other teams. Should have sacked him for breach of contract.

What Harry actually said is that he fined him 2 weeks wages which was 130,000 quid, he then said it ain't too bad for 2 weeks wages!

We are truly in big trouble if we have players like Bosingwa earning 65k a week plus bonuses!

Get rid the sooner the better. Problem is he's on big bucks and can afford to sit there milking the club because other teams can't afford to pay him Harry needs to tell him he has further future at the club.and the best thing is to move on .

We may have to bite the bullet and terminate a large contract (ie like Hughes). Possibly, this kind of action may set a rocket up the Rs of one or two others taking the p**s out of us.

How difficult is it to do such a thing? I just wonder? I wish it was possible to sack players who clearly lacks effort on the pitch, as well!
