Don't see this one as Harry's fault... even if we'd played the same team I don't see how the likes of Taarabt and Faurlin would have magically played up to the standard they did last week (although Tarbs might have been better in the hole, it was still Newcastle away with terrible pitch conditions, hardly what he thrives on).

Agreed and I'm a massive fan of his. Granero being worse next to him masked it somewhat.

Not sure how the OP thought Taarabt was worse.

I can't believe anyone can really think this was a tactical decision.

Blame lies with...... MARK F@CKING HUGHES. End of. He built this woeful, awful squad. It's certainly not Harry's fault.

we are not going to win every games, so it pointless looking at who should be blame.

Harry have inherited a poor squad

no use blaming this player or that we just aint good enough ,there are to many slackers in the team that are not prepared to give it all for the cause. im not going to name them its pointless also we are still playing the likes of hill and derry loads of fight and passion but to slow for the PL

no way do you lay this on Harry, mercenary footballers, who are taking the **** out of the board and worse still, us, the supporters
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross

Remember Harry is one of the big earners at this club - he did an awful job today.
Why on earth do you change a winning team so drastically.
Did he think Newcastle was there for the taking (2nd worst team for the last 6 games) so he was resting players for Christmas - how stupid is that (somebody said that here).
No way Onuoha and Traore could not play - why would they be on the bench.
I personally dont like his remarks on big earners - he is one himselve and made bigger mistake than all the others.

How did he do an awful job? He was forced into those changes due to injuries. And his remarks about the big earners were completely justified. The point you seem to be missing is the difference between him and them is that he actually earns and justifies his wages by not only being great at his job but by giving 100% to it.

I think he wanted a positive response from players he has singled out for "underperforming". Last night was their last chance, and the players in question failed miserably,IMO. Only Harry knows excatly who. However itīs not rocketscience to hazard a guess, But thatīs becoming a tad boring now:=):
