Yes, it is not much of a commute for a player of his wealth and means. He might even agree a deal where e only has to be in France two or three days a week.

Also, Beckham has always said the Utd would be the only English club he would play for (apart from his loan spell at Preston to gain some 1st team experience)

The school in Hampstead is King Alfred's. Bit of a weird school. It has a farm on site, plus it's not very highly academic. This would perhaps be the school for the 2 youngest boys, whilst the school they looked at in Barnes is Harrodian which is a Senior School which I assume would be for the oldest boy. The school is opposite St Paul's which is one of the best schools in the country. Harrodian is not a school which is for very bright kids, that's for sure! It is for wealthy parents in the West London area who want their kids to stay in London, but they didn't get into the big academic Senior Schools like St Paul's, Westminster etc. It is pretty clear that Beckham will move to London. But he could potentially just commute to Monaco/Paris etc.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

Beckham would add a lot as a role model for some of the younger players especially. But I think some of the other targets mentioned are more likely myself.

I thought he said in the past he would not play for any other EPL team as he played or the biggest club already.

he will not come to PL when he has interest from France and other teams in the Champions League.

However, I still lthink he is decent and I would have loved to see him in the hoops even just once.
