This Green love in is laughable considering the slating most gamve him, quite rightly, for some ludicrously poor mistakes when he last played for a run of games.
We have picked up points recently but that's more to do wiuth Harry than Green. Yes he's made some good saves but he's also made errors.... I said in another post the other day, he should've saved the Villa goal. He chose to go with both hands instead of just his left, which reduced his reach capability and he failed to get the shot round the post... for that to happen when he got 2 hands to it is poor. If he'd gone with one hand he'd have got more on the ball and surely saved it.
And as for Saturday, Fulham weren't in the game at all and for the majority, or at least the first 75 mins he had nothing to concern him. Even so, he still managed to create a farcical situation which they should've scored form and we'd have been 1-0 down. Not only was the pass to Onouha or Nelsen a wrong decision as they had a player right on their back, but then when it came back to him he fluffed the clearence, and then compounded it further by falling on his ar53. It was nothing short of shocking.
For people to want him instead of Cesar is for me mindboggling, but each to their own. As for commanding his box i don't see him do that any more than Cesar, and he looks very uncomfortable every time a ball is played back to him also.
