  • Hoilett!

The only reason I think of why he is not playing recently is that he is not putting efforts in training. A player of his potenial and ability should start every game.

Imagine him in-form on the left, Mackie giving 110% on the right with Taarabt fully focusd on his attcking role nutmegging opponent players just like the Fulham game without any defensive roles as this handled by Faurlin and Mbia.

This will really a good side everybody would not favour to play against.

Let's hope Harry Redknapp can get Hoilett interested and excited not like when he played under Hughes. I am sure If this hapopens, his skills will be utiltised and we will surprise everybody.

It is definitely down to effort. Just look at the lack of desire he showed when he came on as sub against villa. I think HR will have let him know exactly what he expects to see before he gets back in the side again.

Toilett is an average player interested in £££££'s more than playing. QPR FC should have stopped talking to him the moment he got on the plane to Germany

He scored three for the U21 side yesterday, so nothing wrong with his effort.

He could need Harry´s arm around him....the move from Blackburn to QPR(chaos) couldnt have been the easiest of decicisons to make.

I think SWP's been decent in the last games under Arry, created alot of chances. But he just can't finnish.

QPR FC is not the salvation army, we need natural born killers to get us out the **** we are in, not shy boys with bundles of cash weighing them down.

Think Harry is going for experience during the dog fight. Hoilett is a bit of young luxury.

I don't know but I can only assume Hoilet shows in training what he showed on the pitch against Villa when he didn't really look up for it. Could be a hundred other reasons but if your new boss gives the players one simple instruction, get stuck in, you don't want to look a slouch on that day do you.

Couple of other things - the whole arm around the shoulder thing is double edged and has to be that way. Sometimes a player needs a kick in the nuts to challenge them to improve. Also Rome wasn't built in a day so it will probably be that completely different players from the current squad are used in three months time. Right now if you are willing to try you probably get a place in the team/bench - because effort is first base - but as time goes on and that lesson is firmly established in the players minds and comes natural they can move on to more advanced stuff. It all takes time.
