With Joe Cole and/or Lampard, I think if anyone can get the most out of them, it would be Harry. Like him or not, Lampard can get the ball in the net,
and maybe he still has something to prove, that he isint just another hasbeen. We are at the point that we need to make sure we stay up for now and

Lampard - obviously a top player but is he really what we need consideringthe wages he would be on? Probably not.
Ba - yes please. Would be a superb signing but no way would he consider coming to us.

I know we have had our fingers burned lately with old-ish players no longer interested, but remember a) if they were in their prime there is no way we wd be in with even a sniff of a chance of getting such a player as Lampard b) many of our finest players (Wilkins, Currie, McLintock, to name but three) were in the autumns or even the winters of their careers when they came to us and played some of the best football of their careers at Loftus Rd) and c) Lampard wd be different class to anyone we have had at Loftus Rd for the best part of two decades - don't let your anti-Chelsea sentiment cloud your judgement.
