  • Hoilett

If we could play him, in the same formation as yesterday, with Onouha behind him and swap Mackie to the left. Then we would have a better balance. With Traore and Hoilett on the left we are too vulnerable defensively. SWP had a ok game yesterday but Hoilett is a bigger threat. We need to play him and get his confidence up.

I was surprised he was not involed at least in the last 15 mins!

Out of all the recent signings he was the one I was most excited about. I still think he can do a job for us and get a few/ create goals.

I think SWP defended well. He was always there to slow down Fulhams attacks. Not so sure how Hoilett could match that.

Agree... but maybe Harry needs to be told this though - perhaps he needs a bit of guidance over these tactical matters.

Hoilett is a better player than swp, hands down. But he's clearly not putting in the work in training or he'd be getting some game time

In recent performances he's been anything but better. He offered next to nothing going forward nad lazy when it comes to defence.

Watched him warming up yesterday, and he looks very chunky.

I'm guessing his heart ain't in it. Why else would 2 managers in a row repeatedly overlook such a talented player?!!!

Looks like he isn't training well but If he is, we can start him till we are in a position to defend and take him off

Hoilet reminds me of Jason Puncheon from last season, overweight and not fit enough for the prem.

Don't say much for our fitness trainers as Puncheon come back with Soton 2 stone lighter and was

the best player on the park that day.

Maybe Harry is going for experience over youth in our position...could be the correct thing to do. Junior is a luxury best played when we ain't in a dog fight.
