Harry Redknapp has hinted that DJ Campbell could still feature in Queens Park Rangers' battle to avoid relegation.
Campbell's eight goals in 12 appearances have impressed Ipswich manager Mick McCarthy, who is keen make the striker's move a permanent one. Signed from Blackpool in the summer of 2011, Campbell made 12 appearances in a first season at QPR that was blighted by metatarsal and hamstring injuries.
Ignored by Mark Hughes at the start of the current campaign, Campbell was loaned to Portman Road in October where his form has registered with Hughes' successor.
"DJ's out on loan at the moment," said Redknapp. "Of course, we'll see how he goes, and if he works hard and continues to score, then you never know."
