'It's been nothing short of a disaster. It's not where we are. But boy we put so much effort into this. Good honest effort'.

'Will keep my normal transparent self and come say hello to as many rangers fans on saturday'.

'Keep your spirits up. Laughing smiling and being positive helps. Won't leave any stone unturned to fix this, tough as it is. hopefully Santa brings us some early xmas presents'.

Feel sorry for him, but can't help wondering where we'd be if he'd sacked Hughes after the Reading game.

Hughes to blame for this, no one else. Stupid coward manager no creative ideas, defensive football, doesn't think outside the box, signed players by names and arrogant.

" ...hopefully Santa brings us some early xmas presents"
If that relates to getting loans and stuff sorted early then that is good news. Whatever happens in January makes sense to bust a gut to do it on day 1 rather than day 31.

from what I can see it is the football side where things have gone so badly rather than the tf side. But he got the hughes replacement bang on so he can relax a little that things are in hand now.

I think that he meant points

Err - if he is relying on Santa then he is talking about points. Also the Window doesn't open before Xmas as far as I recall.

It is a mess and I think he is trying to reassure fans that he won't just leave if we go down, which looks more likely as every match without a win passes.

Feel totally gutted for the man. Supported that boring pr!ck in every way possible & was let down massively. Players also have a lot to answer for.

In football there is a lot of BS. One example is that deals are done transfer windows. In reality most of all the business of all clubs in January is largely already sorted during December.
Makes sense too. You think all these millionaires want to screw up their holiday and family time sorting crap that could have been done already during working hours. All those contracts and negotiations and paperwork takes hours, days, weeks or work.
So in the next week or two there are people making final decisions - it don't all happen in January. Hence my point.

Going with this, yes hughes was poor and is a big cause, but if we are to be real honest, the new manager hasn't had anymore joy with them either. Some will say we are unbeaten and that's a good start but against very average opposition. More worryingly performances continue to be pi ss poor even with a new manager trying to motivate, so like ric say's the players need to look at themselves, as they are no where near as good as they probably think they are!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

                  Likewise.
Those *****s on the pitch, most of 'em, have let us, TF & the board, the club, even themselves, down very badly, very badly indeed.

If some of the knobheads think they will find it easy getting a move, if we go down, let those berks think again.
Would you sign a player associated with such a shameful record as we now have?
I wouldn't touch one with a 10,000 ft barge pole, that's for sure.

Exactly this mate - he has walked the walk and backed the gaffers to the hilt only to be let down massively by them and the players. Hopefully Arry will finally repay the faith Tony has put into the managers and players.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Harry has at least got two away points and three points from 9 (33%) compared to Hughes' four from 36 (11%)

The key for Harry is the next few games, either he has brought in some stable foundations on which we can grow. Or we have had the short-lived honeymoon period of "new-manager-syndrome"

Also 2 of those were away and we are undefeated. How anyone can say we are not looking better under Harry is beyond me.

We totally dominated Villa and the rub of the green we would have won. And if we hadn't had such a hideous start - 2 points in 2 PL away games is a good return.

2 points we didn't get last season as well. If we had won against Villa the sentimant on these Boards would be so so different.
