He appointed a manager ( who most of us were fairly happy with at the time ) ............It didn;t work out !!
He supported him and let him buy his own players and manage the team as he saw fit !!
He has approved a new training ground
He genuinely has a love and passion for the club !!
Its mark Hughes fault we are in the position we are with the players we have.........so what does our chairman do .........He sacks him and goes out and employs a man who he believes is the best qualified to get us out of the S hit !!!

Plans for this and plans for that are all very well but his first priority should be making sure the manager and playing staff are up to the job. He put all his trust in Hughes and backed him for far too long. We now have a playing squad imo worse than we had a year ago with an added 12 high earners on the books.Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

For me the issue is not with the board at all, he backed his man with money and public support something most managers would kill for . The problem is that tf has been let down by the people around him and didn't identify the problem quickly enough . Hughes ' expertise' selected the squad with the serious wedge that tony backed him with . It was Hughes who included only three strikers ( absolutely ridiculous considering one is a crock and the others hit and miss ) . It wa Hughes who overloaded with midfielders and didn't address the blatantly obvious issues in defence . The blame only lays at one door and it ain't the boards

Any anti-board crap gets right on my nerves. They don't sign the players, the manager does. We've come from a place where we were annoyed by too much board involvement in the playing side. Now they leave it to the manager and we're annoyed?? Some people forget too easily.

You can't blame the owner, it's mark hughes and more importantly the players that are a major problem here.I played sunday league football today.
Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

I'm in agreement with Harry Redknapp's assessment of our predicament.
We can't fault the board, they have pumped money into the club, the team, the last couple of transfer windows, and the business done in them, was the best I'd ever seen in all the years I've supported the Rs.
They trusted the manager to put together a team capable of being in the top half of the table, he wasn't able to.
Despite that, with the squad we have now, we probably couldn't muster a top half finish, but we sure as Hell shouldn't be rock bottom with a measly total of 7 lousy points.
My feeling is, and yesterday at Wigan, watching the body language of players, and their interaction with each other, confirmed this for me, we have too many players letting shallow, petty differences they may have with each other, making the team as a whole less effective than otherwise would be the case.
Any other time, a point at Wigan would have me optimistic about our immediate future, now I'm not so sure.
