Lineup vs QPR Back 3 or Back 4

What do you think will be/who would you pick to be our defence on Saturday?

I read on Paul Kendrick's (from WEP) twitter that he thinks it will be a back 4 Sunday.

I can't see that being the case at all. The only thing I feel certain of is that we will not be changing from our established system just because we are light on numbers. Players should never dictate a system, the system dictates the players. Anybody disagree and would prefer a back 4?

I think it will most likely be:

Boyce Lopez Beausejour
Stam McArthur McCarthy Jones
Kone Gomez Di Santo

Unfortunately that's not a great line up, but its never going to be in these circumstances. With Beausejour, the benefit is he knows the formation inside out and his partnership with Figueroa is a strong point. He will know what is required in that job a LCB, and has the attributes to do it, it will be a question of concentration. Jones has done okay in the last few games, but at wing back, I think we lose some of our attacking threat.

How many of these 8 are actually first teamers???? obviosuly the two centre backs are but the rest I have no idea

4 centre backs - figueroa, caldwell, alcaraz and ramis
2 other first teamers are maloney and watson.
the other 2 are crusat and miyachi and im not sure how often they start.

tbh scoring goals has become a real problem this season. Even if they play a whole back 4 from the youth team I would struggle to see us scoring a couple of goals. If we don't win this game then that's it for me this season. The players won't deserve any more of my support or any others come to that

If they win against wigan and start showing some character which I believe is possible as I felt the villa performance was promising but we'll see. Not going to waste more time and money if they don't get there act together and that should go for any rangers fan. Personally, having seen us through some proper $hit times in the 3rd tier, I wont even consider not going - even if we dont win a game this season! Id still be predicting us to win before every game as well like a wally

fair do's mate. personally i agree with matty, even if we went back to the dark days of the last decade, i wouldnt be able to not go to games. each to their own though.

You must lead a charmed life if its only the performance of footballers that give you stress and illness - You MUST be exagerating though....................right? If not, well....
