  • my view on the forest game

cerny 6....that double save was quality and did what was required of him

ramage 5....not his best performance in the hoops got caught out a few times

hall 5....needs to work on his positional play drifts forward too much at times

stewart 6....looked solid and stood up well the the physical challenge of adebola

borrowdale 4....very average performance and should have buried the chance he had

routledge 6....looked lively in the first half but got increasingly isolated in the second

faurlin..6.5 lovely range of passing and vision and has the potential to be a very good signing

leigertwood 7 and motm in my opinion, gets more freedom when mahon isnt playing and his goal was class

tarrabt 6.5 always looks lively and skillful but needs to be less greedy at times

helguson 4 cows ass and banjo time again i'm afraid he should hang his head in shame for missing that EASY header

pellicori 5 i know its his first full game but the words headless and chicken come to mind, needs to work a lot harder.

    subs

    buszaky....6 why didnt he start?

vine 6.. needs full games not bit parts

gorrks 6... looked more solid than hall

the game started off well enough with some nice moves from both teams and early chances at both ends.one thing i cant understand is why we STILL sit back on 1-0 leads when we simply arene't good enough to do it.whatever tactics were employed in the second half clearly didnt work as our midfield parted like the red sea at times when forest attacked.then the constant singing of dexter blackstocks name in the second half topped off the day for me,he's not a legend so why do it.ok when his name is read out beforehand maybe but not during the game.someone buy me a striker please.

Borrowdale went missing a couple of times yesterday, and in one instance meant that Forest had a clear chance! saw him have a chat with Tarrabt afterwards asking him for cover when he gets high!

Thought Gorkss was at fault for the goal we let in. Not sure why Hall and Stewpeas are in before Gorkss, but he has been at fault, imo, for two goals in last two games!

Id agree ade, Although i think Cerny deserves more than a 6.

Borrowdale was horrible, ramage didnt look comfortable.

I know Ramage is much improved, but i still cant get it through my head why we arnt using Connolly, and Buzsaky from the start, Connolly yet to feature this season!!! Its a absolute joke! And JM needs to sort his head out.

If we lose Connolly because of JM stupidness then JM really will come in for some stick!!...

Gorkks when he came on challenged for everything and won mostly everything, again im in total dismay as to how he isnt starting, its not nice to say but as we all expected hall is now injured so hopefully our defence will settle with our better players!...

Leigertwood i thought did well, and his goal was a absolute peach!!
Cant believe it, ive been PWOPER MUGGED ORF...

Can't agree. The own goal had more to do with Hall's failure to clear the ball which meant it should never have got to gorkss, who wasn't expecting it to be there. Yesterday, Stewart should have won the 50-50 with Adebola (one of several times he lost out to him) and Ramage and the Forest player ran across Gorkss which meant he couldn't get to the ball.
Stewart's failure to deal with that 50-50 ball cost us yesterday.
Faurlin is my hero!!! Love him!!! #########

Own goal unlucky...agreed, just thought yesterday he should have stuck a leg out! Find it very dificult to knock Gorkss, as we all know he is one of our best defenders! Hopefully set pieces against S****horpe will see him put one away!
