can we all talk about last night please?
Harry altered the shape to get some stability. The back 4 with Samba and Mbia giving protection. It worked, our 1st clean sheet away since September LAST YEAR.
We have 1 fit striker at the club, who doesn't always put it in, if we're honest, so Harry wll be working on getting the players we have got to get forward and support him to give us more chance of scoring.
Last night, we looked more solid, which is a big improvement, no question about that.
We need to be realistic guys, he taken 2 training sessions and schelped 300 miles up north midweek.
    Things will improve, for sure
We wanted MH out and most of us wanted Harry in, so let him get on with it.
    He knows what he's doing

gonna take time and we need TF to stump up some dosh in January because Zamora/Johnson/DJ/Bothroyd/Cisse is not the answer imo. Defence needs quality too but midfield i think we have sorted, they looked good last night.

My initial post clearly got ignored.

I agree with this and I think Harry will work wonders with our current team.

I found last night to have zero negatives. Anyone seen moaning must just do it for a living.....

I thought last night went about as good as it possibly could have. Just looking at the squad will tell you that the problems will be up front. But the defence and midfield between them were solid enough.

Most important - the players who appeared not to give a damn earlier in the season definitely gave a damn last night.

I expect further improvements on Saturday. If team performs better each game and January brings a couple of strikers in then relegation is avoided.

Harry will make decisions in January based on performance between now and then. Clint Hill can do a job but we can can a better partner for Nelsen, for sure.
Up front, we need goalscorers, if Adebayor and Bent are out of favour, then Harry will look at loan deals. Stsaying up is the only thing on the agenda just now.
The midfield already has a better shape to it. Mbia's first game in the middle (I think) and he looked the part.
Harry wll look for improvement each game and last night we definitely saw some

                      Thanks mate.

I agree with your post, it's not the best game, however we had glimpses of what is to come under Harry.

Every player put a good shift in, even some who didn't look like they cared a few games back. We need to pick up as many points at home as we can and hope we can get at least 5 wins away from home.

I think we'll be okay this year.
