Think he should certainly be given a chance - scoring plenty at Ipswich, granted a division lower, but can only score against whos in front of ya. Im a big Cisse fan but would DJ be doing any worse than him atm? I doubt it. We wont be spending big in Jan so DJ and a loan might have to do.
I'm with you on this, plus he is kind of in the same wavelength. We need the quick one two's.

I remember his season at Blackpool, he played on the right of a three pronged attack in a team that went gung ho. Its natural for some players to score in the Premier League and then fail to replicate that form. Players get wise. It's second season syndrome. Jon Stead a classic case in point. To me its not even a serious consideration to bring back DJ Campbell, he isn't the answer. I dare say we need to buy a unit up front to hold the ball up for our midfield, that isn't Campbell. Its the reason why Cisse isn't providing much at the moment, he isn't a player capable of holding up the ball. Unless we improve our passing in the final 3rd the realistic ambition will be to play fight ball and battle out of relegation.

You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

            Aye.

I wouldn't be opposed to seeing a big lump like Kenwyne Jones brought in on loan, a focal point for the attack. He's hardly a star name but he's likely to be available and will give us an out ball.
