  • Arry - Bigger than our players

The forum seems a lot happier, which is great. Patience will be required though, a point will be a good result tommoz, and who knows 3 points may come this Saturday. But lets face it he needs to do a lot of work.

We have a dressing room which clearly is lacking confidence and a team which lacks complete concentration on set pieces (Whatever system we had must be scrapped)

I think its quite clear that Harry will not stand for no sh1t from any players. He is more than aware that to be good in this league you need:

    1. A team to play together as a unit (too many signings killed us... Signing more wont help)
    2. Players to have a pride and passion - AND DESIRE to want to win

He is bigger than a lot of these players and hes more than happy for them to walk or sit on the bench if it means winning games without them.

Cisse needs to wake up...I wouldnt mind seeing Mackie play up top as he is Rangers through and through now!

Ultimately he will organise us much better, give a couple of weeks im sure of it.

A few positives from Saturday IMO

    - Mackie working solidly and his celebration said it all
    - Mbia; Good response from him and the fans after saw his passion. Big player for us.
    - We played without Diakite and Granero - Two players im sure who will feature again and Harry will get the most out of them
    - Dyer is working hard and played well again - A player with a strong attitude and something we need

Yep, we are a few points of safety but I really feel we can pull this back.
