I dont know why but i really feel our full backs have really let us down this season so the team I want to play at sunderland is the following,

in goal the crazy braziliam
right back granero,he is difficult to get past and he has the skill to bring the ball forard
center halfs clint hill and nelson two very experienced competetive experieneced old guns
left back faurlin again like granero hard to get past but can use his skill to get forward up the wings
right midfield diakite
center mid derry
center mid mbia
left mid tarrabt
up front mackie and cisse
now I realise this team is perhaps a little bit reveloutionary but its all based on us having defending attack options that can push up the flanks in the style of david bardsley and clive wilson
so you can be brutally honest lads what do you think is this complete insanity or is it a genius system that will shoot us up the table

well im a big fan of tommy docherty he built one of the greatest ever youth set ups at chelsea and tommy would have started his defending from the full backs by pushing up granero and faurlin we then have six midfield players and will over run any midfields then we create more chances and score more goals

I've given serious thought myself as to the merits of playing Granero at right back, however I don't feel he has the pace or stamina to play there. Although he could hardly do worse than Bosingwa or Onuoha.

as a player I played played as a creative winger but later on ended up as a right back and its the easiest position on the field to play and i dont think you need too much stamina to play the role
granero would be fab onura and boswinga are absolute crap if we are going to play them we may as well play with ten men,i bet if we played with only nine outfield players we would be a better side
and on the other flank tralorie ia equally as uselss we need full backs that where we are so vulerable
