Hope one of the first things Rednapp does it end this system for corners and certainly not when Ferdinand plays. Worked ok until he came on then because he doesn't attack the ball well enough we find ourselves 2-1 down.

Defending set pieces in general has been poor for quite some time, basics such as getting ahead of your man and staying goalside are regular 'fails'.
Defenders not jumping as well is another worrying sight, Fitz Hall was terrible for that, he always got caught under the ball. Another basic, reading the flight of the ball, that infuriates me about our defending.

I'm sure our lads know the basics of how to defend. They'd never have got this far in their careers if they couldn't. The real problem IMO is that our defenders seem to switch off far too often. They're not alert, and that's something that can't really be coached.Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.
