What we need are players who Harry can get the best out of. Redknapp is certainly no master tactician but he is a decent man-manager and has a proven record of doing (mostly) decent business in the transfer market. I don't doubt for a second he has wasted money at previous clubs but he won't get that at QPR, he'll be forced to be the wheeler dealer he hates being labelled as, but is so effective at.
