That chant was no way put across to upset him.
I guarentee you would of all cheered if he did actually give you a wave.
    So sad very sad!
It is a good job he doesn't give a sh it about you as it would of got even more embarracing than it was if he did wave
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

The Lee Camp chant started at the back of R, then a load from where I was in Q joined in. I said what I thought about it hence why I started the Cerny chant over it.

Although I didn't sing it...saying 'give us a wave' is hardly supporting him, but singing 'there's only one' to the opposition is shocking...especially when that little tw@t sulked when he was found out.

Neither player should hve received any form of chant while the game was in play. Fact!

Agreed...this is why I didn't, but as I say...the Lee Camp one was far worse. Cerny must have felt s**t while that went on.

              Exactamonda.

As others have said maybe it wasnt every when in Q Block but it damned sounded like it.

Those of you in Q that arent plums cant you just lob those that are over the front of Q? Or just set fire to them or something? As, at times, it is royally embarrassing what gets sung or said from that part of the ground

so basically singing give us a wave, bit of friendly banter, also to show the fans havent fallen out with him even tho the manager did, people saying not a legend which is true but he still is the only striker weve had in the last 3 seasons who can finish, him and lee cook pretty much single handedly kept us up, so a bit of friendly banter with a fans favourite aint too bad, Q block get slated all the time, so some of the chants are a bit o.t.t, but at least we are vocal and get behind the team, to be honest i dont reckon those songs would be sung if the rest of the ground drowned it out with a positive rangers chant..

Q,P,R and occaisonally the ellerslie side of the loft, we should have that place rocking, as holloway once said, the QPR fans used to almost suck the ball into the net with the amount of noise they made..

When I heard all them ******s calling for Dexter to give them a wave, I never cringed so badly as I did at that moment. WTF was that all about???
As somebody has already stated, Blackstock wasn't exactly the be-all and end-all where strikers are concerned.
Some of our fans need a huge injection of straight-forward, good old, common sense.

I wonder how the terminally brain-dead would have reacted had Dexter scored the winning goal for Forest? :waaaht:

IMO it was totally harmless, they werent berating him or insulting him, it was more a cheeky chant that im sure he expected to get!!!...

Dexter knows a large portion of the crowd like him.

Bit of banter and nothing more....

                          Jeez carm down.
Cant believe it, ive been PWOPER MUGGED ORF...

                            Re: singing for Camp,

surely even the biggest Camp fans have to admit, after watching both keepers yesterday, who the better player is.

It doesxn't mate why he lef...he left, and singing to make him feel god, when OUR TEAM needs our voices is stupid - give him confidence or our players, no brainer isn't it?? He was useless anyway, but if he was class it would be same situation during a game....Good post Ells
