With the abundance of attacking midfielders I think the best formation for us is either a 4-4-1-1 or a 4-2-3-1.
Magilton cannot seriously play HH and Pellicori in the same side. A race between those 2 is like a tortoise vs a snall.
We need 1 target man forward with Tarrbt, Vine and Routledge attacking in behind. All more centrally. Similar to the way Man Utd used to play with Rooney, Ronaldo and Tevez all attacking. Obviously they are in a different league but with Routledge and Tarrabt running at defenders linking up with 1 - 2's with a big forward we'd score loads.
At the moment Routledge is isolated and doesn't do enough damage. Even when he beats the man our donkey forwards are too slow to get on the end of the cross.
