I agree but right now I think he'll score more because of his pace then anyone else we have at the club. We are creating so many chances and we need someone to get on the end of them and I think Simpson has the potential to do what Campbell did for Hull.
I don't doubt that for a minute mate.
My only concern is that some may think he's the answer to our problems, whereas I feel we still need a Beckford type player. Think of the damage those two could do together?
I think Sousa was right to exclude him from the team. On Saturday he was caught out of poistion a few times, his distribution was poor and he was largely responsible for the equaliser.
In other words he was worse than Delaney, who was often criticised on here and other boards, but at least he could defend when called upon.
All the clean sheets QPR kept last season were not just down to Cerny, Connolly, Gorkks & Stewart. QPR haven't kept any so far this season in the league.
Thank pukka pies for that !!
Best player at QPR :boss:
Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
I really hope we can land Simpson
Have seen a lot of him on Arsenal TV and he is exactly the right type of player to compliment our existing midfield and our midfield is probably going to be as close to an arsenal style that he will find in the championship so I reckon its a good fit. Fuarlin, buzsaky and routledge will love playing with him
its New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks
