Don't see the point of this meeting. Does the board really think a quiet word in his shell-like is going to change the club's fortunes? Makes you wonder if this meeting was just a publicity stunt to keep the fans quiet for a while...

On the plus side, Hughes missed training today. Drag him in for few more meetings this week and we might see an organised outfit this week-end.

If he was staying, surely Beard would've held this meeting AFTER training? We've got a big game coming up and I'd be amazed if Beard would disrupt preparations to dish out a #######ing. This alone tells me he's gone.

Hang on, 'disrupt preperations'? I don't think it's going to make a whole lot of difference. That lot couldn't even put up a good show against Southampton at Loftus Rd, and got deservedly beaten 1-3.
All the 'preperation' in the world, 'aint gonna prevent the inevitable from happening at ManUre on Saturday.
All we can do is hope and pray, that our goal difference doesn't take a right battering, and we keep it down to 2 like last season.
