If this is the case why not put MH on gardening leave i wonder? What motivation does he have to get a win? What will the players think if they know he will be replaced, they will probably be even more de-motivated.Comment

I don't like the idea of leaving a man you've sacked to stay in charge, his not going to be bothered in the slightest and will hope that we go down surely to prove a point.
If his just waiting for a full pay, I can't see any other club touching him.
