Cisse put in the effort against Reading and Stoke. It's not all his fault he gets such poor service.
Bosingwa does not look at all interested. A few others look demotivated and that is down to Hughes and his style of management. I can well believe that a lot of them don't like him because in large spells of many of the displays this season would suggest they are not playing for him. I saw this years ago when Trevor Francis ****ed off a number of players and they stopped performing until he got sacked.

I should hope there is dressing room unrest, there is clearly no cohesive game plan at the moment.

It's a strange one, you're at a club and the manager is out of ideas, but the owner is backing him to the hilt. What do you do? Give 100% and paper over the cracks? Or stop performing to get the manager out?

I'm not sure what I'd do. I'd probably try and take over the team myself if I'm honest, start making my own tactics with other senior players. And no I'm not ****ing John Terry before anyone asks!

I would have Barton back in a heartbeat. Who cares if he hangs the dirty laundry in public, at least it would show up who gave a sh*t and who did not. Barton, Hill, Derry, Mackie, Taarabt and Nelson should as far as i am concerned all play a part in this squad. I would rather go down with these players putting in an effort and making me care about the team again, than watching the wishy washy tripe served up by Bosingwa, Park, Ferdinand and, well, name the rest of the squad here. I really dont think it would take much to turn the squad round in terms of heart and performance, but it would mean chucking a lot of expensive tat on the scrap heap and I dont think Hughes will do this as his own ego, and his contacts who these players represent, wouldnt allow it.

But Barton was here when we failed to win away with Hughes, he was there when we got thrashed by Chelsea. And lest we forget he got sent off in the final day of the season, a game where we showed plenty of heart without him if you ask me.

To say Joey Barton is just what we need, after slagging off the club is massively beyond me. Not like he himself didn't have games where he failed to perform is it?

Players suffering a crisis of confidence, a Joey Barton "I'm only here for the money" type slagging everyone off isn't going to gain anyone's confidence.

if joeys the answer, are we really sure we're asking the right question?

yeah, good point Will, we didnt exactly press on with him in the team last season, though I do not think he was quite in the same mercenary mold as some of the tripe we have at the club now. Im not saying I would prefer him to a 'player X' who we might bring in or already have in the youth system unknown to us. But I'd rather have him I'm the dressing room than Park, Bosingwa or Cisse right now. But hughes will never have him back, i think if someone new was to come in and offer him a fresh start (yeah, because he's never had of them i know) he might be an ace in the pack.. but thinking like this is what its come down to sadly!

As a player, I rate him. But he's had too many petulant tantrums now, not convinced he's the guy to improve a dressing room that's confidence is gone.

I do think he was trying to work hard to improve his reputation after last May, and I'll readily admit Hughes screwed him over. But there was no need for him to #### us off, then praise Newcastle. A proper club! Well, when he said they were rubbish they did brilliantly and kicked on. This season he said they're the "shizzle" and they have under-performed. The guy is the kiss of death lol.

Look at the article concerning the manager who ordered his new club to make the club canteen smaller. In that way all the players and staff had to interact better on a daily basis.

I wonder how these things are organized at our "Boutique-club"

I'd think Solskjaer would be a massive gamble right now, and I can't see him wanting to come here either.

When I mentioned to them on friday that there were loads of rumours about him being sacked their face lit up and said X will be over the moon
Without this sounding like a dig a you fella, but its hardly rocket science to work that out after watching the game on Saturday. There was a least 7 players out there on Saturday who either didn't care or clearly don't want to work for our manager.

Stick Barton in a midfield three with Faurlin and Granero, give him the armband, and tell him to show he world how good he can be. We know he rates Ale really highly and I'm sure would be happy playing alongside Granero.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

It was mainly related to how one can solve fractions in the squad. The article was not a promo as such:=):

I don't think Shania was thinking of Solskjaer coming to the club, but it was just some information on getting a team to work together.

The players went out for a champagne celebration the night it happened.

Correct. teambonding must be the key word from now on. Should how been sorted during the summer, but that´s hindsight.
