    My take -

Ok, so over the last 15-20 years, we have had some dreadful times. Dont get me wrong I love being in the prem but I honestly havent felt this low in a long time.

Losing week in week out is poor, and the finger does need to be pointed somewhere as to what the problem is.

The facts remain and I stand by my recent comments.

    1. We do need some sort of stability - Most top clubs (Good, small and rich) have been built by having a manager over a period of time, building up his team.
    2. We have spent HUGE amounts of money - Regardless of recent posters on this board I still believe that we have a team that should be in the top ten.
    - Hoillet, Adel, Granero, Diakite, Mbia, Cisse and Park (To name a few) are all top players for example. Prior to our poor start this season, we all would of suggested that we should be doing well this year. None of us would have thought that we would be bottom at this point of the season. You can argue all you like but when we signed these chaps we all was pretty damn happy.

    Who's fault is it then?

    1. Hughes? - He lacks passion and any structure to his teams. Is he the main cause? The squad he has should be doing better. The loss to Southampton is now even for me; Hard to stick up for.
    2. The players - The passion they lack, not putting a proper shift in etc..

At the end of the day, if the players are unhappy with him and honestly dont believe that MH is the man for them. Then he must go... Change it up.

However at the same time, these guys are getting paid serious cash these days. Therefore if they refuse to play or try hard to win a game for QPR (Jose, Fabio or whoever) then offload them asap.

Im fed up with the excuses as much as you all now. But someone is to blame here. So lets fix it before it is TOO LATE!

I saw an article earlier when Hoilett said that Hughes gave them a rollicking at half time. He admitted that they were second best in all areas and that the performance was unacceptable.

It sort of begs the question as to why they have come out like that for the last 2 home games. Even more so, why does Hughes wait until half time? I very much doubt this "rollicking" would have really registered. Certainly wouldn't compare to what some of us would have told them.

And I accept that some footballers aren't blessed with an abundance of common sense, but it could only have been a matter of 10 minutes at the absolute most, for any of them to realise that whatever they were doing was clearly not bloody working. One can only guess that Hughes is so negative, that it comes across and stops talented people doing what they know they are capable of.

Something needs to be done well before January, or we may find that the one player that did show desire, is finally forced out and then we could be in total freefall.

It is a shame - As I have fully stuck behind MH.

The end of the day - We havent won, and it is a results/points business. So really Hughes should go.

      - No win in 7months
      - Been here nearly a year
      - Spent a lot of cash

My main fustration comes down to the sloppy goals we concede. WBA is a really big example, the players clearly went there pumped, to find we let two in so early... already causing the defeat.

Why oh why do we let in such **** goals, do we not practice defending.

As a lifelong R I say we have to stick with Sparky - it's the players who deserve the stick not him.

He said last week how good the preparation is and if we get Harry in he will just bring in a load of mercenaries who will plunder Tony's bank account further.

I have been pro 'Stability and Hughes' - If you read most my posts (As a life long R's Fan.........) I have always been positive. Probably too positive.

But sadly, enough is enough...we need POINTS.

Im sorry somethings gota give, either Sack Hughes or face relegation! Simple

it's very simple - we've got one of the best midfields in the prem and a decent keeper. but up front and defensively we are shocking. relegation standard.

hughes talked in the summer about doing his buying early so we had the whole summer to gel, and then just bought ANY kind of big name that was available.

who buys bosingwa, nelsen, andy johnson, park etc in 2012? its ****ing shocking

this squad is absolute ****, full of over 30yr old mercenaries, and the blame lies squarely with hughes. what i fear is that he's got nothing to lose now, hes ****ed up so badly no one will ever give him funds to assemble a squad again.

Before a ball was kicked I thought the midfield was going to be quite good with lots of competition for starting spots, I never thought it was one of the best in the EPL! After some good spells where we controlled the midfield against top sides I think we have really gone backwards! In the last 3 halves we played they look like they are afraid to possess the ball and they can't string 2 decent passes together on the odd occasion when we get possesion! No doubt our problems up front and in the defence aren't helping the midfield but something is terribly wrong there as well!

I don't like conspiracy theories, but do you think the players deliberately played this badly because they thought it was the only way to get rid of Hughes. I really can't find any other reason.

The only thing with that theory Jane is that many of these players had past ties with Hughes or were sold on the club by him so I really can't see them turning on him if they have any decency! Junior Hoilett is a good example but besides the goal he scored I thought he along with others was terrible!

Top 10 you are living in cuckoo land. I always said we would not finish higher than 15th with these clowns. What do I know, the team has less talent than I thought and on course to have the lowest points snd goals in the EPL history. This team is built on over the hill players, fringe players and crocks. Top 10? It people like you who make us the laughing stock talking us up. We would not be in the top 10 in the championship.

I think that is the case with some of our players. But as Gator stated, some of these players have a past with Hughes...
