Is not happy, firstly with Cisse arguing with a fan on Twitter. Also with an argument Cisse had with Mackie on the pitch. Something to do with Mackie telling Cisse to chase the ball and close people down, this was also carrying on in the changing room. Hughes did nothing to calm the situation and has lost the dressing room. Fernandes will sack Hughes this week.

No idea who the new Manager will be, sorry. s

I heard he's lost the dressing room. I just don't see why QPR should have to pay to sack him. Believe you me if I didn't do any ****ing work & ignore everything in my job description I would get sacked without a seconds thought
          Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
          And many more mistakes

Say what you want about about Mackie but I regard him very highly as a team-player. A good few of his teamates have a lot to learn from him, in that respect.

There were far far worse players on the field than Mackie on Saturday, hes the least of our concerns.

You are right and the point is we will not have to pay off their contracts. It is a popular misconception amongst football supporters and is fuelled by the media mis-reporting to sensationalise stories.

Clubs protect themsleves (if they have any sense) contractually and will be able to get him and team out through failed targets and performance management - which will result in a compromise payment - just like where I work. The thing is his target may have been where we are at Xmas.....we will never know. If you listen to or read what managers have said when they have been sacked recently - they get a fraction of their contract value unless their club is run by monkeys.
