    basically comes down to this: harry would push everything on the pitch forward but probably push everything off the pitch backwards. i agreed with fernandes 100% about getting all the off-pitch stuff right, building for the future etc. the problem is that the present is so dire we probably have to let the long term take care of its self for now.

      the plans for off field stuff all ready in motion so harry wouldnt have to interfere with that at all.

        to some extent. but things like taking an interest in the youth team and nurtring talent harry is notoriously uninterested. also (i don't know but wonder) how sophisticated is his training. after the warnock period of training running around a few cones i liked all the technology etc that hughes introduced. Ok so he hasnt worked but its not due to all the professionalism he brought, probably more due to his failure to motivate. think it wd be a big mistake to go back to warnock style training.

          some of the youngsters coming through to the spurs first team at the moment think you don't need to worry about the youth, especially if Bircham remains at the helm
