That's why I think whoever will take over will not be able to save us as he needs to again buy his own player which will not happen. I sincerely feel we will have a caretaker manager till the end of the season. Perhaps Marc Bircham!

Forget tryna count how many wins needed: its as simple as needing to get more points than whoever finishes in 18th - whether that be 30pts or 42 pts. We're still only 5 pts away from safety (although Reading have a game in hand) - not too late at all, its November. BUT - we need change NOW before it really is too late. We seriously need a run of form, a proper run of form, before Christmas.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

You correct, at this point the number of points is irrelevent. What needs to happen is the team needs to get some confidence and start winning a few games (and build on that). Can't see that happening unless changes are made.

If you read again Del I said I FEEL not giving up because I don't think TF will spend more and Harry may not accept the job with the current clowns.

You said you think whoever takes over won't be able to keep us up! That sounds like giving up to me.

You only said you feel a caretaker will take charge. I can guarantee if they sack MH they won't put their fate in the hands of Bircham.

spot on, a manager's job is to get the best out of the people he's managing
MH can't do that, end of

Nonsense, no side has ever gone down on 43, in fact West Ham are the only side I can remember going down having amassed more than 40 points. Looking at the calibre of the sides at the bottom this season I reckon 36 or 37 will probably do it, which as we know, was enough to keep us up last season.

I'm not saying that it'll be easy but I reckon 9 or 10 wins and a handful of draws might actually do it!
