But what do you base that on? For all you know Fernandes has got a private deadline when Hughes will need x points by y time, but it wd hardly be helpful to make that public, would it? maybe he has even sounded out another manager but is hedging his bets or waiting to see if AN Other manager will come to us. maybe he can't afford the compo. maybe he just believes in loyalty and wd rather go down with hughes then risk it all on an ageing manager looking for a last pay day. I don't know his thinking any more than you do. I just think you are more likely to get that win you "expect" tomorrow if you actually cheer on your team.

The kind of people who still back MH are the ones who would blindly follow a leader into war even when they know its wrong

Sometimes you got to stand up and be heard when there is failure after failure

Only the weak would sit back and continue to follow a man that has failed so much

If we are relegated this season then blame will fall squarely in Fernandes lap. If he sticks with Hughes and our form continues as it is then he needs to act..if he doesnt then lets see how Mr Popular likes it when he discovers he isnt all that popular anymore. Time will tell i guess. Expect nothing less than 3 points tomorrow..look at our squad then look at Southamptons. Dont get me wrong if we were playing at Southampton i would expect a defeat as i know Hughes teams dont normally win away games.

Why? Did you oppose the appointment of Hughes? Or like Briatore do you just believe in sacking a manager every couple of months or so? And if he does sack Hughes can you be sure we will stay up as a result? Or just as he is having to make educated guesses are you making ill-educated guesses (by which I mean you don't know what is going on behind the scenes)?

I think we failed in getting in the players we really wanted preseason and I do partly blame that on our recent history; The release of the funny "The four year plan" did not really help us as such.
Bottomline; we can not blame our demise entirely on Sparky and Rigg.

IF our form continues, maybe. But maybe it would be good idea and send a message of support and togetherness, if we got behind the players, management and owners for the next few crucial games.

And although having said the above, I don't think we can argue with this. There comes a point when enough is enough, but I don't think it's fair to expect everybody to perform at their best if we are going to criticise for the sake of it. If TF is going to give him until Christmas, then we should do all we can to support that decision and hope it works out for all concerned.

If the manager is unable to win any of the first 11 games of a season, unable to train the team to a standard where they can defend set pieces (or attack with them), unable to get the players he has brought in to perform to a sufficient standard week in and week out, unable to inspire or man manage any kind of fight or spirit out of a team and unable to win an away game in 14 attempts then yes i expect the manager to be sacked and replaced and i expect the chairman to have enough knowledge about running a football club to recognize the managers failings to act without hesitation.

Regardless of whether you have a better manager lined up?

how the hell can you blame the mess we are in on the fans! hugues has been a awful manager, i know it , you know and so do most real rangers fans! ILL BACK THE TEAM ALWAYS BUT I WONT BACK THAT BLOODY FOOL HUGHES!

If he is doing his job properly then he should already have had 1 or 2 in mind and 1 lined up. He has loads of other interests though and is an avid twitterite...lets just hope he has found the time.

failure to win against Southampton, lose at Man Utd and failure to win or draw at Sunderland, will almost certainly be the end of Hughes' reign. 4,5 or 6 points from 14 games will be total failure having spent
£20-30m since January. Surely Fernandes cannot keep backing him.
