    Excellent post.

Stainrod, Im interested to see what constitutes stirring trouble??
I have been vocal on MSG boards and Twitter that I believe Hughes will relegate us if he stays in charge. Is that deemed Stirring in your book?

I just generally think that fans who get behind the owner and the team tend to do better than those who don't.

          yer this.

Not gonna be too popular if he starts ignoring the boo's and the fans. All this ******** tweeting about "stability" isnt helping...stability is ok if we are mid table and getting results. Flabio didnt like the protest outside Loftus Road when he was in charge and ****ing up and i dont expect Fernandes would either.

            tend to do better??

This is as bad as I have seen us play since Paul Hart, Ive paid good money for a season ticket as I do each year and Im not happy.
ALong with being annoyed I have genuine fear we will go down and be in a whole world of c rap, if Hughes remains manager.

I think the fans have been very patient up until now. They were given a lot of excuses as to why this team the results have been awful (team needs time to gel, injuries, hard start to the season, bad refereeing decisions etc. etc.). We are now a third way through the season and are still waiting for for the first win. So how long, in your opinion, should the fans wait patiently to get an improvement?

Yep. Its creating a very negative atmosphere among the fans. Perhaps some of the players (not Zamora, because he isn't interested enough...) will also read it. And this feeds into the atmosphere on match day. Loftus Rd was dead from the off against Reading. OK, so the players hardly helped but 10 minutes in an opposition team suddenly thinks "we are playing a team low on confidence and the fans aren't getting behind them. We are in here..." The point is fans are not merely observers, they actually play a part in how the team plays, as you will know if you were there for the matches against liverpool, stoke etc late last season. As for Fernandes, probably the biggest spending chairman in the club's history, bet he can't believe some of the criticism and even abuse he is getting. Some idiot will no doubt end up doing what they did to Chris Wright and spit at him or something equally stupid - he will have enough and we will end up back in the hands of an Italian nightclub owner from Birmingham. Still, maybe some fans wd actually be happier back in League One.

And instead of focusing on our team winning tomorrow, people are talking about protests outside the ground. How is this helpful?

Like I have said, and no one has bothered to debate the point, Blackburns owners didn't cave. And they know less about football than Tony. They are still in business too, so obviously the scaremongering got really out of hand there didn't it.

Remember that stuff about Kean owning Blackburn through the Glaswegian mafia? Hilarious. This is the way QPR are going sadly.

Yes, tend to do better because its not an exact science is it? but if you can show me an example of a successful club who sacks its manager at least once a season I'd be very happy to be put right.

Great post Stainrod. Regardles of being happy with Hughes as gaffer or not, we need to get behind the team. Creating a negative atmosphere due to the anti-Hughes malarkey is like cutting your nose off to spite your face - we suffer as the results wont pick up.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

both feed off each other. fernandes is sticking with hughes so the question for fans is: do you want to try to break the cycle by getting behind the team or make the cycle worse by encouraging us to lose?

Well said. But on the flipside are Sparky showing anything on the matchday which makes the fans think he really cares? I know he is the silent type, but IMO, he has to create enthusiasm for his own team. It works both way,IMO.

Expecting a win tomorrow but if not then i am expecting our chairman to step up and do what needs to be done. Win tomorrow and still bottom 3 at Xmas then again its time for Chairman to step up and do his job. Its alright to talk the talk on twitter but think it may come down to admitting mistakes and taking a hit in the pocket to replace Hughes.
