I know there is a fairly divided opinion on Redknapp, but no one can argue his man management skills. His slightly old school approach could do us the world of good I feel. If a certain player has a bad game under Harry, he will let them know about it and give them a right old rollicking.
At the moment, we can all see what players are struggling, but Hughes only seems to be interested in what his pro zone stats say on his poxy laptop. Tony Gale was saying in SSN this morning about AVB being a 'laptop manager', now like him or loathe him, he's got a point. We need to get back to basics and the players need get that fear of losing back. Time to call Mr R.....
