  • Mike Rigg

It seems the rumours of Sparky's imminent departure are getting stronger and stronger.
If he does go, will Mike Rigg go too?
Personally, I hope not. He has been instrumental in bringing players like Fabio, Park, Diakite, Granero to the club and helping them settle in. I listened to his interview on London Callin a month or so ago, and in my opinion he is one of the best people in our club.

I hope not mate I really dont - he is a big player in where we want to go. Although in fairness I think (although may be wrong?) TF brought Rigg in seperatley to Hughes, dont think he is part of Hughes personal back room staff (ie Hitchcock & that geeza with the name I wont even attempt to spell but it has a Z in).

Hopefully Rigg is here for the long haul.

Rigg stayed at City long after Hughes had left, expect him to do the same here.

He has a massive impact on how well we progress over the next few years.

He came in April 2012 and it sounds like it was at the request of MH. Having said that he came from Manchester City so has not followed MH everywhere (Fulham).

Rigg still needs a job and a wage like everybody else, so i'd expect him to stay.

I hope not, Riggs a top top guy, same goes for Phillip Beard who I'm sure will stay
            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
            And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Thats him. Tbh, I coulda just dropped my calculator on my keyboard a couple of times mid-post and it woulda written something similar to that. What a name. Wouldnt half be expensive your son / daughter / wierd adult friend fancied having his name on the back of his shirt though.

Surely mr Rigg needs to take some responsibility into what a mess we find ourselves in.

He is a scout and apart from overpaid wasters, what little gems has he found for us?
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Not sure why Phil Beard is being dragged into this...not sure he has to know about football, he is here on the business side of things, Tony's eyes and ears i thought.
