  • Are QPR players thinking of jumping ship?

If i was in a team without a win at the bottom of the table and knew i was good enough to play for a top-half club (adel, ali, granero, diakite, mbia, hoilett) i would be seriously looking elswhere in january. Who really wants to be associated with a sinking ship?

I think that is our real worry, even if we get a new manager, some players will still think any improvement in performances could be just the honeymoon period and instruct their agents to actively seek "safer" options

It could happen. Players will follow the money anyway. But prospect of relegation just sharpens that desire.

I dnt think anyone will leave, ganero already said he stays, faurlin just said Adel will stay :

Faurlin believes Taarabt will not leave QPR
      Date: 15th November 2012 at 7:44 am
Written by Alex Hams | Comments (0)QPR midfielder Alejandro Faurlin believes that his team-mate Adel Taarabt will stay at the club.

The Moroccan’s recent strong performances have led to speculation that he may swap Loftus Road for the Emirates Stadium, with Arsenal said to be highly interested.

Despite the obvious temptations of playing for the Gunners, Faurlin thinks that his team-mate would reject their advances to stay with QPR:

“Adel is a very important player for us,” He told the Fulham Chronicle.

“It would be a huge blow for us if he leaves, but I don’t think he will.

“Everybody needs to be pulling in the same direction, and if that happens everything else will be taken care of.

      “Adel loves it at QPR.”

The attacking midfielder is widely thought of as one of the main stars in Mark Hughes’ squad, but has endured a fairly underwhelming spell in the Premier League.

He was key during the club’s promotion winning campaign, turning in multiple high-level performances across the year.

However, he has struggled to maintain his form in the top-tier and at times has shown his frustration.

During their visit to Fulham last season the playmaker left the dressing room at half-time and was spotted by fans journeying to his home.

However his performances have improved of late, attracting interest from some of the Premier League’s big team

Perhaps he meant the fat one. Or rather, the fatter one.
