Not only that, but clubs do not have to pay up contract values as is commonly believed. We will have contractual protection based on target failure and reach a compromise agreement.

Most ridiculous post I have ever seen on here.
    I'm hurt ...........

DIDN'T YOU SEE MY "HE'S GONE" POST ?

    THAT WAS PROPER RIDICULOUS !
"Steve, do you think 25k is a good option when there are indications that within four years, new stadiums on average have increased attendances of 60%?
For us that would mean around 29k."

Might just need a bit of encouragement from our friendly fans to quit,if " please mark resign for the good of the club" doesn't work, then plan B," f**k off you useless wa**er"!

The wage I was told was close to 6m a year.

The cost of sacking Hughes, bringing in Redknapp or another manager and buying players again in January will simply be to much for our owners. The board believe our squad is more than good enough to survive with Mark as manager.

From a personal point of view I suspect if we manage to stay up via another relegation dog fight which looks extremely likely at the moment then the manager change will be made in the summer.
Reputed it would cost somewhere in the region of £10M to sack Hughes and his backroom team. comparered to £75M if relegated from the Prem, (this is the worst ever year to go down due to the big jump in money to the clubs) No Brainer . Although I dont believe Huges will be sacked by T.F.

It's a tad depleted since you got that snap mate, had fish n chips Tuesday night and its only normal to match the weight I fish with the weight of salt chucked on.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

              yes

well I think tony fernandes is a very kind and sweet bloke but if your manager under performs then he should get rid of him after all warnock got blown out

Surely all this talk of him losing his job is ridiculous, as he is clearly not to blame for our situation.

Fulham is a typically diverse London area with something for everyone - from the hustle and bustle of North End Road Market, to the refined chicness of the iconic Fulham Road. It boasts superb pubs and restaurants, two Premier League football clubs and excellent transport links.

As long as he is not losing any sleep over it, I would hate for him to come to work not 100% awake and make wrong/stupid decisions and be generally a waste of office/pitch space instead of sleeping it off at home. I'm glad that he is not at all like this.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,

Utter rubbish? Do you not remember someone called Joey Barton who is on 80k a week? SWP who is on 60k a week? Trust me, we've gone big in money terms to get all our recent targets.

Do you think Granero, Hoilett and Cesar are on peanuts? Like it or not, our wage bill is huge and to get the above players we've paid massive wages. Do you actually believe all this 'vision' crap players talk about when they sign? You need to wake up!

The compromise agreement is when a manager leaves by mutual consent, something Mark will not be doing! Also failure to reach targets? You're clueless, it's November not the end of the season when such clauses come into account.

As for both coming from Wales, I think it's more to do with both coming from the same village and knowing family members. Obviously I haven't been told the exact wage but it's around that number, which works out roughly to 125k a week.

Now your post heads up as the most ridiculous post ever!

As for someone saying relegation will cost more....possibly but the board are going to have to sack the whole back room staff and bring in Harry and his team who will be on the same wages then Harry is going to want a fair few bob to spend in January, that already totals up to what relegation will cost.

                      Hughes isn't going anywhere.

It would probably cost £10million maybe to pay off Hughes and Co, and probably the same to bring in Redknapp and his men, The Prem Season next year is worth £75 million to every club, I can't see Harry wanting £55 million to spend if he took over!!!

If Hughes did go, and Harry is the New Messiah then surely he could work with what we have at moment but with maybe a few more additions.

But if Harry is that good who some think he is then surely he can work with what is here at the moment!!
