I like this guy.
I really do I think the passion and the vision he has for the club is outstanding.
The new ground, Warren Farm, Asia, increase in turnover.
the lad knows how to build a business that's for sure.
I even like Phil Beard...although I would have preferred someone with more experience in football at the help if I'm honest. David Dein type character.
As some of you are probably aware I've made a couple of postings of late highlighting my own personal concerns about the club.
In particular it's aimed at the management structure and in particular directed and Mark Hughes and Kia.
In my opinion they have far to much influence at QPR, can you imagine Kia at Arsenal or Man UTD? Have a look at what Fulham and Man City fans think about that guy.
He's not even a licensed football agent and our transfer policy at the moment stinks.
Don't get me wrong we have signed a few good ones but the bad outweigh the good, and these large contracts are a huge burden.
What I'm really worried about is the road we are going down at the moment and the huge consequences of relegation and the current club set up.
Chris Wright years ago entrusted others with millions, we blew it.
What all football clubs need is a strong manager and at the moment that's what we don't have. Someone the fans can relate to.
Lets be honest the QPR fans have never taken to Mark Hughes, we don't sing his name, he's not well liked and his record is shocking.
We are lucky to have Tony Fernandes at our club he is still a very popular chairman but he needs to make changes now, not after Southampton now... if he wants to protect his investment and get us out of the huge trouble we are in.
I sincerely hope TF does the right thing and gets this club back on track.
At QPR I just get the impression that some people are just here with their hand in the jar, it's time that changed.
