  • The BIGGEST mistake this season.

Is IMO loaning dj Campbell . Here are some statistics .......
    Zamora

    2003–2004 Tottenham Hotspur 16 (0)
    2004–2008 West Ham United 130 (30)
    2008–2012 Fulham 91 (20)
    2012– Queens Park Rangers 21 (5)

So in 9 seasons in the prem he has scored 55goals averaging 6.1 goals a season. That's 0.19 goals per game.

    Cisse.

    2004–2006Liverpool 49 (13)
    2008–2009 Sunderland (loan) 35 (10)
    2012– Queens Park Rangers 17 (7)

So cisse averages a massive 0.29 goals per game.

    Johnson.

    2006–2008 Everton 61 (17)
    2008–2012 Fulham 86 (13)
    2012–Queens Park Rangers 3 (0)

Averages out at 0.2 per game it's probably a tad higher but I'm just including premiership goals. Which I know he scored 21 in a season with palace but I can't find his appearances whilst they was in the prem.

    DJ CAMPBELL.

    2010–2011 Blackpool 31 (13)
    2011–Queens Park Rangers 11 (1)
Campbell has a ratio of 0.33 per game but remember I don't think he has ever played more than 45mons per game for us.
Was also the second Highest English goalscorer behind Wayne rooney when he was playing at Blackpool in the prem. not so long ago.

So IMO this was our biggest mistake letting go a player who's heart is in qpr and who can score goals.

Please correct my figures if wrong in using a iPhone to post and it is difficult due to lag

At least he is only on loan until January. It's possible he went to Ipswich to get fit and it was never the intention to transfer him.

I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.
