  • Is our existence in jeopardy?

Hi everyone. I only post occasionally, but our current plight has got me seriously worried. I have a feeling we may have to stick with Hughes whether we like it or not. If he is given his marching orders there would surely have to be a massive compensation pay out -and not just for him. As far as I know the whole coaching hierarchy, and more, are Mark Hughes men. Add to that the expense of persuading someone to come in and take the poisoned
chalice -plus all the extra staff, plus more money for yet another tranch of sigings in January - and, you get the picture. It seems as though we have currently got the best chance we have had since 1967 to move forward as a club - we must not mess this up, even if we have to take the hit of a relegation. A future with no QPR to mess up our lives is unthinkable, but very possible if a gamble is taken on a new man and fails - in Tony we trust -I just hope its not misplaced.

Good post, there is no guarantee that a new manager can change it with these players and don't think Fernandes will fork out 10-15million more on players in January. Our current players have little re-sale value so the money spent already is basically a write off, maybe better to accept relegation and continue the re-building process.

If we do go down, I think we would need Barton.
