  • Twitter, Tactics & The Alternative

Im concerned that the shallow twitter generation/baying mob of online helmets most of whom have never been to a game will eventually force Tony's hand and we will sack Hughes without any viable alternative. The reality is if they sack MH all the back room staff will go and the club will be in a mess for at least another 3 months surely resulting in relegation? I admit that MH has made some woeful decisions tactically however he cannot be blamed for individual mistakes yesterday that cost us the game. The FACT is we were the better side yesterday and for those suggesting

Its very easy at the moment to jump on bandwagons and go along with the everybody else without actually having an educated suggestion for an alternative plan. Loads of people saying get in Harry which will surely result in Taarabt leaving so we then need to go out and find someone to play that creative role or what happens if we sack MH and he does get Coyle in how gutted would everyone be then? The point is every scenario has a knock effect or implication and I doubt that everyone demanding Hughes gets sacked today has considered any of them. It's also worth bearing in mind that TF will have to pay out a huge amount of money to MH & Co and Im staggered that fans thinks its ok to basically say to him your wrong getting Hughes now pay out loads of money to sack him and recruit someone else but I don't know who or what to replace him with but just bring me success.

That isn't how the world works and its certainly not how QPR works so if you have just jumped on the QPR bandwagon with the hope of instant success you can kindly f*ck off as we dont do things easily and we like f*cking it up and if you have been QPR all your life then frankly you should know better!

TF won't make any changes unless he's got Plan B sorted. He won't leave the club managerless I wouldn't have thought. We might have been the better side yesterday but we lost......again. The buck stops with Hughes. That's how the game works.

I was willing to give Hughes until the Villa game and hoping we'd have picked up between 9-11 points between the Reading game and Villa game, but it's looking unlikely. I was foolishly assuming we'd beat Reading and hopefully get a point against Stoke. I'm now coming round to the fact that we may be wasting games by keeping Hughes in situ.

Think it's time for TF to push the button on Hughes.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

I think most of the fan base agree that Hughes has had enough time counting last season and this season just look at the away points tally? He has had two very busy transfer windows to get "what is required" as he keeps on saying and still we get no wins, now i do understand that we have played fairly well this season and against Spurs we were easily worthy of 3 points alone but if you cant defend as a team and score goals when chances come you will struggle in the Premier League. Although we have played well at times i still feel Southampton and Reading play more like a team and want it more which feels me with dread.
