He needs to do more bloody coaching and less yapping....
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

great interview... the club PR people need to realise this is what the fans want.. no fobbing off with one lines.. some passion and desire to do well.
Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
        Lovejoy: "No?!"

The Mark Bowen Interview – Open All R’s Podcast

QPR assistant manager Mark Bowen was the guest on the Open All R's Podcast this week addressing, at length, the club's defensive woes, the possibility of being replaced by Harry Redknapp, and what the coaching staff are trying to do to rectify the current problems.

Thought this was really open and honest. You can sense the frustration. I am worried at the players we have bought in when he says we work on set plays and certain players lose concentration. Also lack of effort from others

Not convinced by Mark Bowen, since he has a been a party to dire football for far too long (on his travels with Hughes).

I just think a few Welsh boys got lucky, picked up a brilliant agent and are just riding it out until the wheels come off (again).

Sooner or later the wheels will come off.

Whatever it is they are working on in training is clearly not working well. There is little organisation Reading for example, who was meant to be marking Morrison and Gorkss at their corners? Reading could have scored more than 1 goal from these. The same thing happened in the cup game against them and Swansea hit the bar twice on the opening day from corners. A lot of fans probably have fears everytime the opponents win a free kick or corner.

As for attacking set pieces, I dont even bother to applaud or get excited when QPR are awarded a corner or free kick.

Anyone listen to the latest one of this? Mark Bowen on answering questions, defending MH as you would expect. Saying the players need to start blaming each other rather than themselves which is what they are apparently doing.

He didn't say anything interesting or controversial. Played a very straight bat. Said they practiced hard but couldn't legislate for players lapsing in concentration. That they haven't been able to play a settled team especially the back 4; work rate during matches was down to player personality - it didn't reflect their disinterest; Luke Young injured for last couple of months.

Yes because infighting is what we need at this time Mark.
